This A grade mulberry silk noil is an exciting fibre to blend with other fibres. It can also be spun in its own right using a longdraw (woollen) method for a slubby, highly textured yarn. Noil is the waste product of fine silk production comprising short silk fibres, cut cocoon pieces and pupae shell. Takes dye well and can be used in many textile art projects.
